Great Stay with Amazing Views

Our family enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay, appreciating the breathtaking views of the busy streets below. The room was cozy but ideal for our needs. Pro tip, explore the local dining options just minutes away for a real taste of Shibuya. Friendly staff added a nice touch to our visit!

I had a fantastic stay at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu! The location was incredible, right above Shibuya station, making it so easy to explore the vibrant area. My room was modern and cozy, with stunning views of Shibuya Crossing. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making my experience all the better.

The Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu exceeded my expectations with its prime location above the railway lines, allowing easy access to transportation and the bustling Shibuya area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, and the room offered a stunning view of Shibuya Crossing. The amenities, including comfortable bedding and a refrigerator, enhanced my stay.

I was given a room that had a foul smell to it, which made my stay unpleasant. The front desk clerk did help by changing my room, but it felt like a hassle to deal with. Furthermore, the security staff were rude, interrupting our conversation during the night. They enforced strict rules about noise without any regard for our privacy. Lastly, the elevator access was inconvenient, forcing me to meet friends in the lobby rather than visiting their rooms.

The location offered stunning views right at the heart of the bustling city. Plenty of dining options surrounded the hotel, from quick snacks to full meals. However, the decor felt outdated, which took away from the overall experience, and brighter lighting in the room would have been beneficial. Also, the absence of room service limited convenience after long days exploring.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find amazing local spots that I still remember. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!
